the freak-ish 7th lunar month is here...again...! haiz...& this time the gates of hell will be opened for 2 bloody idiotic months!

damn....why do such freaky things haf to happen...! im sure every1 have already "embrace" the 7th lunar mth...but for the gates to be opened for 2mth whole mths!! argh...not fun at all...!! can't go home late as well!! argh....

im sure most of u guys will remembered the 7th mth as the pollution day in Singapore..! while some of the superstitious ones will sure have alot of "do nots" in their life...!!

for example:

no putting of chopsticks upright...! it would look like you are offering ur food to the hungry "friends".
when u hear someone calling you/your name, don't answer...might be some "vengeful" spirits trying to harm you.
if you really that curious, pls turn ur whole body rather than ur head.
for gers, pls tie up ur hair at night.
it's said there's 3 lights ard u. ur forehead & each of ur shoulders.
guys, pls ur forehead "light" is the most important! put ur fringe up!!

for more information, pls ask ur parents or people who are dead superstitious!

so back to the topic of the 7th lunar month topic!! guess i gotta be careful ard this pathetic 2mth...! juz hope it does not clash wif my 21st b'dae! it's not like im gonna celebrate in a big way...! but still.....juz wanna hope that it will be...u know..! "bad luck"!

another thing i loathe abt the 7th mth is the "buay pio"! sort of like the auction thing that only occurs during that particular mth! so noisy.... & it's said to bring gd luck for the whole year to the "highest" winner...!

it's like throwing-ur-money-into-something-that-is-useless auction!! these kind of auction can go up to thousands of dollars...! it's muz be of an lucky number...so that it will bring gd luck to the buyer...! feel more like u are throwing away ur money to bring in more money kind! i seriously don get wat's the use of doing that...!

so far, i've nvr been to these kind of places...! but the only thing i noe that i will attack isn't the "statues"...!! it will mostly be....

THE FOOD....THE GOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!!! Yummy...just the though of it will bring smiles to my lips...!! come to think of it...i hope that when i die, i better don be 1 of "er gui" or hungry ghost in english!

but on the bright side...! i get to burn all the incense as much as possible! i like to do that....u get to c "hell notes", the flags that my mum used to put on the offerings, clothes, paper! & when they burn....u see rainbows of fire, while u burn those things...! it's alwaes bring excitment to me...like to burn the insense! LOL...guess that makes me a weird ger...!

i wonder when will my mum want the stuff to be burn!! hmm....
