what about today.

28july, 4th day of the 7th lunar month!! i will remember this day as long as i live!! okay, not as long as i live...juz for a few days or a week?! haha...but it really proves that it's a unforgettable day, at least by me!

phew i juz came back from picking up my phone in bugis!! mann...i can't tell u guys how lucky i consider myself to be...!! seriously, i thought i was a goner when i discovered it missing from my trusty bag!!

can you imagine that you only realize that, u've lost ur fone aft 1hr or so only when you got back from work?! & you know that the whole shopping center is close for the day! & you seriously think that you might not even haf the chance to get back into the store to retrive ur fone!! well guess wat?! it HAPPENED to me!!

i ended my day at Corochan at abt 10pm...the reason for putting my fone on top of the small fridge was that i was changing out from my uniform...& my fone was in my apron..! rather then feeling the weight of my fone in the pocket & i might haf an accident with it...! i decided to put on top of the fridge...somewhere where i can reach & c it...! put pity in the end, the tragedy happened!

after cleaning the place up, i went off , without looking back, to look for my DD at Mos Burger! with 2bags of rice & a few curry...!! i even went back coz i left a leftover corokke out in the open...!! & noe wat?! i didn't even notice the damn fone on top of the fridge..!! guess i am really SHORTER den i really think i am!

reached home at ard 11+..the moment i got home, i set out to save all my music as my PC might be crashing on me any time...! by the time i've finished, it was 12.30am! i was wondering how come DD nvr call me or msg me, to ask me to call him...! i start to search for my fone in my bag, & to my horror, i discovered that it was missing...! Panicked, the 1st thing cross my mind was to call DD...coz, the fone belonged to him...! not mine...!

before call DD, i called my fone to ensure that it was not stolen by some foreigner, i called my own nos...! thankfully, the line is still available...! phew...but i was worried, coz it's still my resposibility that i haf lost the fone...!! so i called DD to tell him that i will be going out to retrive tha phone back...!

got the bucks from my parents (i haf no $ wif coz the damn pay haf not arrive!), took a cab dwn (cost me whopping 15bucks...not bad considering i was on a comfort cab & the starting price of a cab fare is 2.50 rather den the usual 2.40!!!!)..! manage to get a nice uncle that fetch me to & fro from my hse to bugis junction, and bugis junction to home! phew...but the most important thing is that i retrive the fone..!! heng arr...it was there where i left it...!!

wat a big scared i got..!! well at least something gd happened out of the bad "big" thing..!! at least the lesson told me to remind myself not to be so blur anymore..!! but still, i was wondering how long this lesson is gonna last me?!

the freak-ish 7th lunar month is here...again...! haiz...& this time the gates of hell will be opened for 2 bloody idiotic months!

damn....why do such freaky things haf to happen...! im sure every1 have already "embrace" the 7th lunar mth...but for the gates to be opened for 2mth whole mths!! argh...not fun at all...!! can't go home late as well!! argh....

im sure most of u guys will remembered the 7th mth as the pollution day in Singapore..! while some of the superstitious ones will sure have alot of "do nots" in their life...!!

for example:

no putting of chopsticks upright...! it would look like you are offering ur food to the hungry "friends".
when u hear someone calling you/your name, don't answer...might be some "vengeful" spirits trying to harm you.
if you really that curious, pls turn ur whole body rather than ur head.
for gers, pls tie up ur hair at night.
it's said there's 3 lights ard u. ur forehead & each of ur shoulders.
guys, pls ur forehead "light" is the most important! put ur fringe up!!

for more information, pls ask ur parents or people who are dead superstitious!

so back to the topic of the 7th lunar month topic!! guess i gotta be careful ard this pathetic 2mth...! juz hope it does not clash wif my 21st b'dae! it's not like im gonna celebrate in a big way...! but still.....juz wanna hope that it will be...u know..! "bad luck"!

another thing i loathe abt the 7th mth is the "buay pio"! sort of like the auction thing that only occurs during that particular mth! so noisy.... & it's said to bring gd luck for the whole year to the "highest" winner...!

it's like throwing-ur-money-into-something-that-is-useless auction!! these kind of auction can go up to thousands of dollars...! it's muz be of an lucky number...so that it will bring gd luck to the buyer...! feel more like u are throwing away ur money to bring in more money kind! i seriously don get wat's the use of doing that...!

so far, i've nvr been to these kind of places...! but the only thing i noe that i will attack isn't the "statues"...!! it will mostly be....

THE FOOD....THE GOOD GLORIOUS FOOD!!! Yummy...just the though of it will bring smiles to my lips...!! come to think of it...i hope that when i die, i better don be 1 of "er gui" or hungry ghost in english!

but on the bright side...! i get to burn all the incense as much as possible! i like to do that....u get to c "hell notes", the flags that my mum used to put on the offerings, clothes, paper! & when they burn....u see rainbows of fire, while u burn those things...! it's alwaes bring excitment to me...like to burn the insense! LOL...guess that makes me a weird ger...!

i wonder when will my mum want the stuff to be burn!! hmm....

come pple!! let's shout in whoops of joy for me!! c'mon...i wanna hear it...!! Louder...! Louder....! LOLx...

so happy...i manage to catch Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest!! yay....so happy!!! im practically jumping as i walked into the theater!! i had it at The Grand Cathay!! yay...happy...happy happy me!!

to prevent spoilers...i wished that some1 wld stopped me wat im gonna do now..! coz im sure gonna spoil things...! but guess wat...i can't help it..! hehe...

the 2nd Pirates is as exciting as the 1st!!! it's really send chills down ur spine...in a gd way that is...!! whoa...i mean the show it's really gd...but i seriously haf no idea why some pple hate it...!! Captain Jack is seriously getting darker den the 1st...! more indepth of wat Captain Jack is thinking...! but it will still makes you wonder wat's he thinking in the end...! get wat i mean...!?

meanwhile the lovebirds, Will & Elizabeth might be going through a rough patch in their relationship...! wat i can say abt this, don't we go thru' these kind of suspicion between our partners...! LOL...

wat's so amazing is that...after knowing who's Davy Jones is...! i still find it's quite weird that why does Davy Jones still look like an octopus!! why? why?? why???

well that's all im gonna say...well before im gone...! i wanna make my last sentence for Dead Man's Chest...! pls...pls stay on even as the credits start rolling in...! coz u will get to see something at the end of it...! & im sure it will either send ur sides tickling or sends u 'bouts of bewilderment!

went for a the alumni dinner at New Park Hotel...!! seriously it was a hectic dae...!!

11.30am
was at Binan's hse...doing nothing...!! mostly is to accompany her to buy clothes, accessories & stuff...!! plus she was interested in doing a mani & pedi for me...so y not...!

2-3pm
met Benson & surprisingly Joel was there! Joel is now in serving the National at some armor camp...! he manage to get off for the day..! but sadly, he has to book in on friday...! he's gonna miss his World Cup Match...

4pm
met up with Vanessa & Huifen...& was again surprise to know that Louis will be making his way down to Binan's hse..! he's coming to the alumni dinner...!

6pm
still at Binan's hse...! got drag into putting on make-up..! the pitiful Huifen & me...! Us...haiz...that's a sad case...! why does it always happen to us...!!

8pm
we reached there fashionably late..! dinner was supposed to start at 7 or 7.30pm...! LOL...c'mon pple..! blame the gers...no choice...! at the back of my mind, i was like thinking it's just a dinner..! y shld we put on make-up & be like a fashion queen...!! but...gers will always be gers...no harm in being pretty right? LOL...

10pm
dinner ended...but has absolutely no idea wat to do...! so Vanessa, Binan & me decided on going clubbing...! since lovely Binan has never been there, so why not let her have a taste of a little bit of night life!!

12midnight
finally reached zouk-phuture...waited for Vanessa's boyfriend, Marcus! he took so bloody long to make a decision & take action in the decision...! OMG...finally managed to get in...! but it was bloody packed...! at least there's still some spaces to dance...!! Vanessa wasn't in the mood to dance with us...! so kinda left her with her boyfriend & his friends.

3am
time for us to get home, coz phuture was closing...! had to send Binan home as well..! but we enjoyed ourselves tremendously! it's was fun & cool going with them...it's like a breathe of fresh air...! mayb im used to going with Yuting...! LOL...no offense ok...! it's a compliment ok..!!

reached home ard 4+am...! dead tired...but haf to wake up like 7+am to find DD!! LOL...anywae the whole time when i met my frens before dinner & at the club...i was like being stared at...! mainly because i was wearing a chinese traditional dress...! a cheongsam!! OMFG...i don tink any1 wld believe that! but everyone's eyebrows was raised when they saw my outfit...! well i was juz too plain lazy to shop & get headache over these kind of things...the other reason...

i don wan to spend too much bucks on something i won't wear again...! wanna save more money for something else....like a fone! hehe...
