it's Patrick's Birthday today!! haha...let's call him Starfish! kinda abit used to calling him starfish le...! y??

i'm sure u guys watch "Spongebob SquarePants" right? not all, but some of u guys right..! well there's dis starfish, best buddy to Spongebob....his name is Patrick...! hahaha...so now you know where does the nickname came about!!

i nearly couldn't attend the celebration...coz i had work on that day! somemore is full shift...! from 1000 - 2200! hahaha...imagine the amount of blings im gonna bring home!! but for starfish, i didn't work full shift..! i work till 1800! hahaha...coz i vain! i wanna go home bathe den meet them! i don wanna go there smell of Corochan! stinky u noe..! the smell of conola oil stick to ur skin!

as soon as i finished work, i rushed home like a speeding bullet...! hahas...speeding bullet...kinda reminds me Superman! and Superman is coming to cinemas soon! but i haf no idea when will that be!

Speaking of Superman...it kinda reminds me that Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest is coming to town! haha...think ard mid-July or wat..! can't wait for Captain Jack Sparrow & his hilarious tactics, that will make the movie-goers insane with laughter!

okay back to Starfish's birthday!

had it in one of the pubs along Parklane... called Underground! when u 1st hear it... u might tink it's the pub/club somewhere near Somerset... but it isn't!!! ambience is quite ok...but i still feel that spending my $$$ on KBox is much more worthwhile den spending there...!

celebrated Starfish's b'dae..! had a lovely chocolate cake! had fun taking photos, playing cake on Starfish's face etc...! then, we finally round off the night by takinga group photo outside...! took & share a cab with Calvin...! while Hui Fen, Patrick, Benson & Joel hitch a ride back to tampines with Louis & not forgetting, Binan & KJ walked back home...! well...im sure if u do ur math...i kinda left out Keng Siang...! hahaha..no 1 is like going the same route as him...thus, we kinda left him alone out on the streets..! LoLx..

reached home around 1+, 2! dead tired...but the night was well spent celebrating Starfish's birthday!

just watched The DaVinci Code yesterdae with Uncle Mouse! hahaha...so happy that i manage to get to watch the show at last!!

for those who are unfamiliar abt The DaVinci Code...here's a short introduction from alot of website i've found!

Seriously...i have no idea what's the commontion about The DaVinci Code...! i donnoe why would the Christian Association want to ban the movie...! Imagine that!! it's really a very entertaining movie...! i just got hook with the quotes exchange between Sir Leigh Teabing(Ian McKellen) & Langdon!

"The more penis you have, the higher (rank) you will get..."

i kinda burst out laughing when i heard the line! i mean it's so true for the guys in the army! LoLx...the higher you are, the more authority you've got! it was the best line i've heard throughout the movie...! but wat makes me get hooked to its every scene was, the poem or short verses of whatever! i've been trying to find word for word for it..! so that i can share it to you guys...!!

the reason for the penis thingy....is that they were talking about the Romans used to worship 2 Gods...the Male & Female...! thus, the "V" thingy...! the "V" shape stands for the male, the arrogant, agressive & power! While the inverted "V" shape stands for the female! the femininity & innocence...!

then, there's this crazy albino guy, Silas(Paul Bettany), who would give his craziness for his master, Bishop Aringarosa(Alfred Molina), to kill all the "evidence" regarding Jesus is a mortal, who married Mary Magdalene to carry his bloodline. She gave birth to a girl, Sarah & escape to France!

alot of people who had watched or read it from the papers, saying that the book is much more better then the movie...! i, for 1 personally, think that the overall is not bad...juz that the ending is too fucked up for my liking..! it kinda ends abruptly!! maybe i should go get the book & read it for myself & judge which of is better...! the book or the movie...

overall, i give the movie a 4 out of 5stars...! coz, for the stupid ending..! but it's really touchin that the guy manage to shift Mary Magdalene's tomb to the Lourve! & Langdon kneel "infront" of her tomb & is considered being a knight to The Order of the Rose...!

been working non-stop for the past wk!! finally i can get my weekends off!!

Finally...

been working morning till night...! but don think that i am working at the same place!! not Corochan...! hahaha...it's more like brewing coffee in the late morning till 3 in the afternoon...! den after that...it's Corochan shift from 1800 - 2200hrs! i know u guys must be wondering whether im really in need of the blings or not...?! the truth...

Ya...im totally broke even before the end of the month!! & i wanna have extra cash so that i can no nid to eat grass like a certain someone!! *winkz*

so now...for people who can do their math, im kinda working 3jobs..! tutoring, Corochan & now, coffee brewing!! haha...but now, i don haf much tutoring going on! coz they are now having their papers...or rather, they just finished their mid-terms...! so i kinda give them an early holiday, & waiting for their parents to call me up to continue with the tutoring...!!

something suddenly just dawned to me...!! what if...what if...what if the parents decided not to continue with the tutoring with me...how? all of the sudden i've got this feeling that...they don need me to teach their kids!! what if....i did a very bad job in teaching their kids!! OMG...what am i suppose to do??

haiz..back to the work that fills up my life!! LoLx..now the feeling of my aching legs slowly comes back to me...cramp & aching all come at one shot!! gosh...painful man...!! sob...but it's been a very long time that i never stand for long hours...! missed the feeling...the feeling of cash in my bank!! hehe...

went out juz now with Bridget & Marie to celebrate Bridget's 21st birthday!!

it's been a long time since i've seen both of them...! Marie in particular! she's kinda alwaes like MIA (Missing In Action) sia...! u call her or sms her, she will take ultra long to reply...! but at least we get to meet up when we asked her out! =)

was supposed to meet Bridget at 1530 at Plaza Singapura (PS)..! was supposed to meet her 1st...but Marie called to ask me wat time i'm leaving the house! i was really confused coz Bridget told me that Marie will b meeting us late, due her lesson ending at 4!

but ended up, Marie was kinda doing wat she does best! skipping lessons! hahaha...so i met up with Marie at Bedok Control Station...! but being the seasoned late queen..i was late in meeting Marie & even more late at meeting Bridget! was supposed to meet Bridget at 1530...ended up i met up with Marie at 1515!

took a train down, den we saw someone we know from secondary school..! Audrey Tay! LoLx...but she was dozing off on her seat...den we didn't feel like saying hi! LoLx...actually it took us, or rather me quite long to recognize her! we were like:

"OMG...isn't that Audrey Tay!"

LoLx..it was funny....& we both were sneaking peeks at her to see whether she notice us or not! kinda like a peeping tom! LoLx..! when we reached Dhoby Ghaut, Marie & I were like betting wat Bridget will wear! ended up, we were both half correct! coz i was betting that Bridget will wear a yellow top with a skirt, while Marie betted that Bridget will wear a white top with a pair of jeans! LoLx...so in the end i was right abt the skirt while Marie was right abt the white top! although she wore an orange cardigan over the white top...

intially, we wanted to catch a movie at PS....but the movies over dere was really like...wat the hell! i don't even noe wat kind of title are they lor...! if i donnoe...den how do u expect me to watch?! ok...it was partly my fault for not checking out wat kind of show are available! but i tot it was really Bridget's responsibilty to check it out...! since she was the 1 who asked us out! hehe...

since we donno half of the title...we decided to walk over to cineleisure to check the movies available...! it kinda is the same as the 1s in PS...they had offered movies den in PS...! kinda forgot wat movies they had...but we watched "Find Me Guilty" in the end!

it's a Van Diesel movie...! the 1st look was that u wldn't even recognize it's even Van Diesel! coz he went fat!! really fat from his xXx & Chornicles of Riddick!

in the movie, he played Giacomo "Jackie Dee" DiNorscio. the movie is based on a true story of that guy, Jackie...! he was serving his 30-yr sentence, when he was offerend an opportunity to shorten his time by testifying many of his closest friends. But he refuses to betray his "family", and goes as far as to defend himself in what will ultimately become the longest criminal trial of its time.

he was at 1st daunted by the complicated politics of the courtrm, Jackie takes over the spotlight confiortably, insisting "I'm no gangster....I'm a gagster." With his sheer determination & unconditional loyalty, he never fails to surprise even those most skeptical of his intentions.

the trial was called the Lucchese trail...it ended aft 21mths...! it became the longest in U.S criminal history, and has continued to stand out over the years as an unique moment in courtroom history, featuring 20 defendents, 20 defense attorneys, and unusually extensive summations; 1 defense lawyer's closing statement ran for 5days alone.

Wow...that's alot of history behind the show...! but wat really makes it funny was how Jackie manage to turn the whole courtroom to his advantage...by making the jurors liking him, saying that he's funny!!

there's dis lawyer, Sean Kierney, whose sole goal is to bring the Lucchese family to jail! he will be sweating buckets, whenever he keeps hearing the jurors liking Jackie! den there's dis midget lawyer, Ben Klandis, giving his no-nonsense look...! if looks could kill...im sure when he looks at u, u will feel u did something wrong regardless of anything...!

after the movie, we had our dinner at Pepper Lunch at Taka...! Bridget was treating us...! wwweee...Marie was teasing her by telling her that, she shld bring us to Paragon for meal! theb steak place restaruant, Lawry's, coz Bridget was like don haf any budget for the treat! LoLx...hahaha...

i had sirloin steak...we were like a couple of idiots there...! coz we serious haf no idea wat to eat, how to cook the meat & worse of all, have no idea we haf to find our food 1st den seats later! LoLx...really feeling stupid...! the sirloin steak was gd...i wanted to haf it medium-rare...but it ended up medium...kinda tough to bite! damn..but the meal was really filling...mayb u guys shld try it nxt time! =)

pity i can't really blog on how Labour's Day came about...! but it is an Public Holiday for all Labours...!! duh...but i was thinking away that...when is there EVER gonna b an OFFICIAL holiday for all the sales people...!?

Imagine that...since Singapore is mostly made up of sales...! u know...shopping centers! so when all the sales pple take off...where are they suppose to go shopping??! hahaha...kinda rubbish abt wat im toking abt!! hehe..

anyway, 1st of May is the start of the month...! it's also my secondary school friend, Yi Qian's birthday! weee....another of my friend is 21!! LoLx...slowly all of us are so gonna be old maids...! 2nd May will b another of my beloved friend's birthday! Bridget's birthday! it's her 21st as well! not bad right?! their birthday is just nxt to each other!!

well...i juz attended to Yi Qian's b'dae chalet...! it was totally filled with people...! but of course, it's also filled with all my secondary schoolmates! there's Charmaine, Cailing, Rachel, Aiyun, Kah Leng, Candy, Daphane (don really noe her that well, not my batch of classmates), Sharon & Fah Yi! surprise to see all of them...coz truthfully, i only know that Aiyun & Rachel will be dere...! so was kinda feel awkward moment for me...! coz i haven't been seeing them for like wat...3 years!! i was like...how the hell am i gonna say hello, so that i do not sound so alien! so the scene ended up like, HELLO....I AM HERE!! LoLx...

i kinda arrived, so that's y i have speech bubble when i saw them! when i arrived, i was wondering about at the chalet...thinking which chalet could be hers...! so i tried my luck with 1 of the chalet, when i heard the people singing birthday song! hahaha...i was like waiting for them to sing the person's name out...to know whether it's Yi Qian's or not! luckily, i was right!! thx the heavens..

so anywae...i was in dere..! took alot of pictures with the birthday girl...! solo pic, group pic...! u name...! she even took pictures with the boyfriends...as in the gers who came with their boyfriends! then, we went off dragging Yi Qian with us...! hehe...it's obvious that we are so up to no good...! well the others had prepared water ballons to end the celebration of her birthday...! i only knew when Aiyun was asking me to prepare the ballons...!

i had fun throwing the water ballons...but half of the time i couldn't really aim really well! guess it's juz me! okay, i wasn't the only 1! it's only me, Kah Leng, Junyuan(Kah Leng's boyfriend), Aiyun....! but half of the time Aiyun was really good! aiming straight at Yi Qian...it ended up that i was the wettest among the "throwers"!! the half of my upper body was wet like hell...! hahaha...so u can guess that revenge is sweet...when i juz burst the ballons on her back! LoLx...

after leaving the chalet, we wrapped up the whole thing by having their dinner-cum-supper at Pasir Ris Mac...! the reason?! the food over at Yi Qian's chalet was pathetic....that's wat i heard from them....
