for 5 freaking days...i couldn't do any shit..! the only shit thing i can't do is that i can't go online...!
not alot of things happen...but there's still come stuff! Tuesday went back to school to look for Mr.Chow to ask him to write a recommendation letter for me & Jean...! we wanted to get into poly, but we can't apply for it...! met Junwei at the foyer...he wanna ask how come he got so low for his subjects! so Jean & I thought about having that Chow to write a recommendation letter, our chances will be higher! Chow was utterly lazy...! he asked to write the letter, but he will "help" use look & trim the ugly part of letter writing & print out using the stupid ITE letter head! stupid lazy Chow!!! Wednesday Jean couldn't make it to school....! she had something on...something to do with the National Education i think! so i went to back to school with Uncle Mouse...! he was there to collect his EGALES award...! went to the admin office, asked abt the letter....den guess wat they said to me?! there is no such letter....! *there was a guy...with the same surname Chow* Guy with the same surname: "Do u have any appointment with me?" i was like fucking hell...! that bloody Class Advisor of mine cheated me! i quickly made a call to Jean to ask abt Chow's nos...! called him up & guess wat he said!? That Stupid Lazy Chow: "Sorry...sorry! i totally forgot!!" fucking hell...u forgot to help us to trim the bloody letter & forgot to print it out....! wat the fucking hell where u doing!! damn it...but he told me to gif him 30mins to look through & print it out for me & Jean! During the 30mins accompany Uncle Mouse to Safra to replace his lost safra card! it really took up 30 mins sia...! *shocking revelation* Back to School went up to Room 4305....saw Chow still doing the stupid letter head...! kinda made fun of him wat was he busy at that he has no time at all! he juz ended up complaining that he has so many things to do!! dotz.... i was reading the letter, when to my horror, it was completely untounch & untrim! he juz print it out juz liddat! OMFG...he's freaking lazy man!! so instead of a recommendation letter...it was actually a character reference letter!! wat the fuck!! i said nothing coz i didn't wanna waste my time being so fussy & all...i juz wanted to send my letter to TP asap! so in the end i didn't get to send my letter to TP...coz the whole school was bloody crowded with people...! it seems that they were having CCA Orientation! saw the TP cheerleaders...! it wasn't a pretty sight! i guess that they never really practise enough...coz they were discussing on wat position to take! dotz...dotz... went to the student admin office...! saw alot of people dere...damn...that's when i realize that it will be fruitful to wait...! besides Uncle Mouse had to rush back to camp...! so i went back home & sleep & slack for the rest of the day! i ended up have to make the trip back to school again...!! coz being the ever blur sotong...i manage to leave something dere...! was raining cats & dogs when i was about to leave the place...luckily saw my senior from my dragonboat team! been having alot of sad & super duper sianz stuff going on with my stupid life...
like wat i haf written earlier, i've got a miserable 2.629 score for my 2 years in the freaking school call ITE! with the result, i tired/hoped to get into poly....! so i went to Nanyang Poly yesterday...! they freaking told me that application close...! FUCK them all... i called Keng Siang to asked where was he....! he answered by called in Ngee Ann...having to tell me that the application was closed as well over there, so was Singapore Poly...! i was with Jean at that time & i told him that i am on the way over to Nanyang to ask whether they are still accepting students...! that's how i fucking know that application was closed...! in fact...all the application at all the poly are closed...! fucking hell... i was kinda secretly hoping that i can get into a poly with my miserable-cum-decent result...! but hearing that kind of news, Jean & I were like really sianz 1/2 liao..! we don even feel like applying for poly for the next intake!! was so sad & dispirited that i totally don feel like doing anything...! juz wanna gorged myself to death!! life ends up really holds no meaning for me liao..! sobz... den the next "thunderous" news came...! my house phone bill shot up to a freaking 200++ bucks...! my dad flipped upon seeing the freaking bill...! so obviously, i would be the black goat carrying the stupid "wok"...coz i'm always the 1 online, chit-chatting with my friends & all! GOD DAMNIT how come this stuff happens to me...so now....my freaking dad made me pay the FUCKING bill lor...! damn...i like already in financial crisis....still haf to make me pay the fucking bill...! how am i gonna come up with over 200bucks for it..! den there's still my own handphone bill??! how am i gonna pay...freaking hell...! gonna brood over it till as long as i need to...! waiting for my freaking pay to come...! sianz...why everything becomes so freaking slow?? anywae i've got dis great website to show u guys...! it kinda send me rolling on the floor laughing...! kinda political thingy lar...! something abt George W. hey people! been very lazy lately to blog!! Don't worry i'm still alive & kicking...! if i'm dead, i'm sure you guys will know sooner or later..
Reason for not blogging... - Lazy to blog.. - too sick to do anything been working for this one week without a rest!! *sob sob* & finally...i'm here!! getting my well-deserved rest & the blogging entry that it past due!! o have been trying to rack my every useless brain to come up with GOOD conversational topics to type here! BUT...there's still not a single gd stuff coming out from that pathetic piece of shit,which everyone call BRAIN! Just got to know my result recently...damn! it isn't looking at all that FAB-B-U-LOUS! got a pathetic 2.629! a B for my subjects! well at least there's something better than nothing right? what makes everything even more pathetic is...i so do not think that i can get into any poly with this kind of GPA!! Had a chat with Yong Shearn yesterday (before going to work)...he kinda suggested that maybe...i should apply for a private dipolma or...maybe, wait till the nxt intake for poly! i was wondering like...with my GPA...when will i get my chance?! i seriously have no idea what's the nxt step i should take! any people got any other ideas?? Then's dere is my stupid sickness! been on & off sick for the pass one week or so! totally do not know what to do sia!! Flu was the First Attack, Fever was next, den it was Cough! Now....it's back to nose block & flu...! anywae this flu is not ur normal typical flu...it was more like my sinus & most imptly, it muz b the cold weather!! Actually i've already recovered...but due to some unknown reason, the stupid nose block & flu juz wouldn't go away! aarrgghh...it's really driving me crazy & insane! how am i suppose to tutor those kids when their mid-year examinations are on the way!! Mid-Year....i remembered all those gruelling & countless nights that i have to spend studying every paper (actually im not the hard-working type of student! kinda don really care that much...juz read thru the text...did revise the mathematics equations! don't really like studying! bleahz)!! but wat it isn't the papers that makes the students holding on to their sanity! it's the holidays!! the freaking 1 Month of slacking...doing nothing! so wat worries me the most is of coz, the kids that i am tutoring! especially Wee Lim!! his standards are freaking ATROCIOUS! my goodness! wat am i suppose to do?? i tired means & ways to get him interested! but he's juz freaking lazy lar...! give him composition...den he juz copy & paste everything down!! alamak...i nearly vomitted blood when i saw it!! OMFG....why is he giving me that kind of stunt?!! so now i juz hope that he can pass this particular subject successfully!! otherwise, i would definitely faint just like that!! wow....it's been like 2hours has pass since my dinner-cum-supper at Blk 85!! tink my digestive system is seriously going haywire!
this time the company i had for supper were Aiyun, Yuting & that Fabian! met Aiyun while i was working at Bugis today...! she's currently working at Slivercorner (Level 1, near the entrance to Parco)! actually saw her the day before...while i was helping Uncle Mouse to look at the price of 2GB memory card for PSP! kinda shocked to see her working there...! coz if i remembered correctly, she was telling me that she "was" working at Double Index at Tampines Mall! was really surprised to see her working there...! i heard from her that she juz started working dere not long ago...! guess if im in Bugis working the evening shift, think i noe who to look for to go home with! she kinda lives near my area! hahaha...my going home kaki!!! so Aiyun kinda waited for me to finish my work...! actually her bf(Junjie) was supposed to come, but due to his incompetent desktop, he was stuck at home trying to repair the "almost" dead thing called PC! the moment Aiyun & I got off the train, i received a msg from Yuting! asking me whether i wanna haf chicken wings...! since Aiyun & I was about to head to Blk 85 for out early supper, i asked Yuting to join us as well! reached dere...i kinda ordered the same old things again, but the food was kinda lousy than the 1 i alwaes had with Yuting...! mayb due to we were sitting at a different place! was chatting with Aiyun, while i was waiting for "gorgeous" Yuting to appear...i saw a couple of people i really do not want to see at a place like dis! 2guys actually!!! 1st is the guy i always see whenever i am somewhere that are not alot of people! his name is Kevin or Kelvin! donnoe his fucking name lar..! he kinda always "pop-out" at the least expected place u wld c someone! so far i haben been that "lucky" to see! it's juz always him that i see! wat the fuck is going on in dis world...! God Dammit! nxt is the guy i've mentioned in my previous entry abt a ger whom i noe from my Dragon Boat days! him & his pin-pointing friends! ya that guy....he was dere! damn....didn't noe that he & that Kelvin are still friends! yep...u're right...they are both from Dragon Boat! i juz fucking piss to see that Kelvin or wathisname & that guy! so the novelty had wear off of seeing them...! nxt group that i chance upon was, Yen Shun's secondary school group of friends...! Zili, Meiyi, Eric & donnoe who! coz i didn't really look! coz Aiyun pointed out to me that dere is a group of people looking over at our table...so out of curiosity, i turned & looked! so that's how i chance upon Yen Shun's group of friends...! nxt Yen Shun in person was dere...! he wasn't dere with his secondary sch friends....but instead, he was with his army friends! arrgghh....see so many people sia..! wat in the world is happening?? OMFG....!!! i even got more calls than Yuting today! LoLx...some big business going..! Calvin & even Junjia called! alamak...Junjia called abt his stupid top that he was supposed to get from that Lye Yong! irresponsible person sia..! last wk say tell me ASAP...ended up dis wk den tell me wat time he getting the top from me...! Calvin....very long nvr hear from him liao...! called me to chat, unfortunately i was busy eating my Tangyuan! LoLx...the ginger soup was nice...! but i didn't manage to finish it, coz the soup went cold! sob!! we kinda round off the day by playing "Zhong Ji Mi Ma" again! hahah...fun sia...! we mixed the usual drinks...Iced Tea, Kopi & Chrysanthemum Tea! but we added something that is freaking disgusting...Sparkling Water! it's freaking YELLOW in color!!! alamak....it was horrible sia! tasted like Medicine! eeekkkss... we ended the game kinda early...Fabian as the last penalty drinker! coz we kinda felt rained! hahha...Fabian was saying that the rain save him! stupid Fabian!! should ask the police to send him home...! the stupid rule for teenagers for staying out late! 17yrs & younger! he's going be 18...but still a 17 young boy!! still haf the bloatedness feeling in my stomach! wonder when will it go away! i can't take it anymore! *sobz* sob i tink i'm gonna b sick soon! i might be having sore throat tmr!! help.... haiz...juz came back from tutoring! haiz...alot of things happen with my tution kids...! damn sian & tired of teaching them!!
as u guys noe that i haf 3 kids to tutor! Monday (Chole), Tuesday (Lynette) & Wednesday (Wee Lim)! juz happens that both Lynette & Wee Lim mothers wanted to change their tution days to Saturdays! Wee Lim at 0900 - 1030! after that will be Lynette's turn! coz they are afraid that if there's some free slots for me, i be bored! well i really thank the mothers for being thoughtful! well last wk was the 1st Saturday session! so it's Wee Lim to start the day! he was kinda being in a bad mood the moment i start teaching him! i donnoe wat was eating him...so i tried my best to ask what was wrong...! he juz keep quiet & refuse to say anything! he juz continue to gif me attitude...! the things he knows he juz refuse to cooperate! i let him do his work while i marked his composition! alamak...i was appalled by the content! it wasn't even his usual standards in school! i juz do not know what to do after awhile, seeing him having black clouds over his head, so i juz asked him wat's eating him! he juz keep his mouth shut! OMFG....i was like ok...! see whether it will improve by the end of the session! Unfortunately, his bad mood swing hit the peak! he refused to even continue with his work! then, i realize that i could not continue with it! coz if i were to continue, i will definitely blow my top at him which i haf no intention of doing...! so i called his mother & said that he was in a bad mood & i will made it up for her another time! so i left....! as i made my way to the lift, i heard his mother screaming her head off at Wee Lim as i made my way to Lynette's place...! i kinda feel bad for doing dis, but i don wan to blow my top at him...! wat to do...end up i am the Bad Guy! so now i still haf to split the tutoring thingy into 3days AGAIN! Monday(Chole), Tuesday(Wee Lim) & Saturday(Lynette)! i feel that Wee Lim might be in a bad mood coz of, wanting to watch cartoons on Saturday! who knows...! a kid wat....would wanna watch TV! so i juz told her that it's ok to watch TV once in awhile & i juz change it from Saturday to Tuesday lor..! well i hope this will work out well! *grinz* Tuesday, April 11, 2006 : Yuting's B'dae
Today...or rather yesterday is Yuting's b'dae! haha...she didn't haf much celebration held anywhere..! coz she's young! (it's gd to be young sia!) not like me...! old liao..haiz..
so anywae i made plans with her to celebrate her b'dae at the famous Blk 85! since it was a monday, so naturally i will haf my tutoring going...! previously she couldn't made up mind on whether she wanna have dinner-cum-supper with me or not..! so to cut the whole story short, i gave her a called to find out where she was & asked her whether she's still interested in the supper-cum-celebration of her b'dae or not! the every busy girl she always been, she told me that she was in Hougang doing her hair & meeting some guy called Felix! hehe...Felix the Cat...miss that cartoon! so anyway, i had to practically wait for her like 1+hr for her to reach Bedok! damn...no choice sia! don expect me to loiter ard Bedok Interchange right? coz i most probably spoil my appetite by eating the food at the Interchange! so ended up i went home & watched "Da ChangJin" while waiting for her..! when she finally arrived, i was late in reaching Bedok Interchange! she told me that the Felix accompanied her all the way to Bedok...! but left upon hearing that i was on my way to meet her...! he went off!! such a coward sia..! it's not like im gonna eat u up wat! dotz...Yuting said that he left in a hurried way..! den i told her it's confirmed lar...! he scared of people! LoLx..tink he's really Felix the Cat! LoLx... so managed to catch the bus & proceed to 85 for celebration...! order porridge, fried oyster & chicken wings...! Yuting was complaining that I AM A PIG! order so much food! i was like ok wat! ok i have nothing to say about the porridge, coz a bowl for each of us!! i ordered a 5bucks fried oyster, 6pieces of chicken wings (equaivalent to 12 pieces of wings! ok i noe i suck at counting ok!!!)...mayb it's the only 2 of us, that's why Yuting said that I AM A PIG..! & she still does call me that! *sobz* we sat there chatting after we finished with our makan....den Yuting saw someone she knows...! from wat i picked up, it's her neighbour living 2 floors below her...! some guy called Fabian & an unknown guy who is big-size...! so they came over & sat with us & ordered their food...! Fabian didn't know wat to eat, so he juz sat dere & chit-chatting with us! while the big-size guy when to order food...! so when his food arrived i was kinda literally shock...! Fried Carrot Cake with oyster(white) with alot of something i loathe! "CHONG"!! the chinese parasley...i was OMFG....so much...! it was like all over the food lor...! Even Yuting, who like to eat that stupid thing, was bowled over with wat she saw! we literally have to take our hats off for this guy! as it was Yuting's b'dae, Fabian kinda said that he will go up to her floor at midnight singing birthday song to her...! guess he didn't bother to make it happen! so i kinda made fun of him & said that since u are here, y not sing for her now....! it was 10mins to midnight till her b'dae is officially over! but that Fabian was like keep singing halfway...! probably due to having to sing in the public! LoLx...but it managed to finish it only after the 2nd time! LoLx... we were like feeling kinda bored from juz sitting dere & nothing to do, so the big-size guy suggested that we play a game! "Zhong Ji Mi Ma"! LoLx...the game really brought back wonderful memories for me when i was in Secondary School! LoLx...but it was really fun! we kinda donnoe wat do for the forefit, so we used the most original forefit...! the drinking forefit! we mixed 4drinks...coz there are 4 of us! we mixed Iced Tea, Kopi, Chrysanthemum Tea & Orange!! not forgetting her Ferro Roche! hahaha...her b'dae present from Felix the Cat! LoLx... Had fun playing "Zhong Ji Mi Ma"! Fabian drank 6times, while Yuting, big-size guy & I drank abt 4times! hahha...Fabian was like NO-oOo-Ooo! hahha...it was fun to watch Fabian drink the penalty drink! LoLx...coz he was making alot of funny faces...! well to end the game, Yuting (being the loser in Black & White) had to ask someone else to help us to play...! coz we will haf to c the ultimate loser! guess wat? Yuting was crowned the "winner"! hahaha...she asked dis guy to help us with the game, end up she has to drink finish the penalty drink! LoLx...if u guys wanna noe wat's the nos?! it's 28! hahha...she hit the right spot! LoLx...not bad for ending the night as the Birthday Girl! LoLx... it's the 9th of April!! it's my ITE fren, Jean & my sec sch fren, Marianne b'dae! they are official 21 in their lives! haha...more & more frens are gonna b 21! & it prompt me to think...wat am i gonna do when i'm 21! i've sorta already planned wat i wanna do..! watch all those "blue" films at Yangtze! hahaha...it's somewhere ard Chinatown! haha... well back to the topic...of Jean's & Marianne's b'dae! i donnoe how Marianne's celebrating her 21st...! but i was invited to Jeanie's celebration! i like her invitation card...although i didn't get it by mail...! but hey, i got her invitation card...that's one of the best thing in Technology, MSN! LoLx...the 1st thing that caught my eye was Tofu man...! haha...her fav character other then, M&Ms...! it was very cool for her to design her invitation card...! very nice! LoLx... so abt Jean's b'dae! i kinda arrived fashionably late...! but at least earlier den Louis, Calvin & Binan! well can't blame Calvin & Binan as they haf their work commitments to carry! for me, guess i was too busy chatting on the fone wif Uncle Mouse to notice the time...! was kinda busy making fun of him...teaching his frens on how to PINCH his sensitive parts...! his midriff! hahaha...the best & meaty part....! when it's being pinch, he will scream like a GIRL! hahaha....super duper funny...! Lolx... i reached Jean's place at ard 2045hrs...! was kinda "stunned" by the crowd i saw! it was truly alot..! guess her contacts are really wide! haha...her relatives, her bowlers, Scouts, us...and i donnoe who! haha...heard that she cater her food for abt 80pple...but the guest who came as ard 100! wow...really can't imagine the kind of crowd...! thankfully, her common corridor is spacious & her hse is big!! hahaha...saw a grp of aunties playing mahjong from the moment i came, till the moment i was gone..! they are still playing...! guess they are going to play thru the nite or something! they are really "wondous" women of their time! haha... i was kinda embarrass with my gift for Jean! it's juz a small cup of M&Ms chocolate...! haiz...i feel "sia sway" even just by thinking about it! jialat...who ask me lar..! still haven't recoup my losses from Valentine's Day! so long liao...still haven't earn back! blame on me lar...work so little for last mth! now haf to eat grass le! haiz... so reached dere...wished her happy b'dae..! went out to the common corridor to where all my frens are...! sit dere...catching up with them...! saw the ever missing Shaun! he came! that's a real shocker! Huili even made her appearance! hahaha...catch up with wat's going on with their lives...! manage to learn that Louis & Kian Yong are going to Pulau Tekkong on the 3rd Jun! while Benson will be serving the national as a Policeman on the 13th Jun! haha...wow going to miss them soon! hehe...den Calvin was making fun of them by saying...u all going to serve army right? i ORD liao! LoLx...dotz sia...! since it's a b'dae celebration, of coz the cake cutting ceremony is not to be missed! hahaha...for pple who are there, with all the photo-taking going on....u will truly realize that it's is damn lotsa pple attending her b'dae! hahaha...! kinda missed Binan with her ritual of cake smashing! hahha...juz that it's a pity that she will be late & Jean was telling us not to waste it, coz the cake is freaking expensive! wow...better eat it all up den to waste it! hahha...it's chocolate cake...! the chocolate was not too sweet that u alwaes found in chocolate cakes...! the sweetness is juz nice...! not that sweet at all...! today is such a tiring & wet day! Singapore has been raining consecutively for like 3days already...! i seriously don't mind the cooling weather, but it's been kinda troublesome when it's raining whenever u're out! u will be like stuck indoors & having absolutely nothing to do...! u can't buy anything from the stores coz, i am broke...bankrupt!
went out wif Uncle Mouse today...! 1st was to visit some "black" shop at Singapore Shopping Center..! some i Models International company...! coz he got "found" by an agent from that company! so that guy wanted to him go for an interview wif them...! so Uncle Mouse went dere to try it out...! the shop is indeed "black"....well they wants the people to pay a 190bucks for a cd-rom, kinda like a portfolio thingy...! which includes, hairstyle, make-up...everything...! or pay the full amount, 290bucks...! 15 shots in it...!totally same thing as mention above...! hahaha...it's obvious that whenever someone hears abt giving away their $$, they wld turn it down! so Uncle Mouse is one such person! went window shopping wif Uncle Mouse after the "short" interview...! made us wait for so long for his pathetic turn! walked all the way from Singapore Shopping Center, to Takashimaya! juz coz i wanted to read some article he told me about in Maxim...! & also read my comics! hahaha...talked abt along the way! LoLx...the article he told me on Maxim was abt the S-E-X issue some Sinagporeans have...! they have titles like: Man having sexual relationship with 10 over Maids, Man having sexual relationship with Filipinas, Woman pays Husband after each sex session & many more...! i was kinda reading through all the stories, then Uncle Mouse was asking whether i'm a ger or a guy! LoLx...idiot! after all that window shopping, i have to do some stuff...! that is looking for Jean's b'dae present...! got invited to her 21st b'dae this Saturday, 8th April...! i seriously have no idea wat to get her for...! all i know that she's loves Tofu man & M&Ms (the chocolate that melts in ur mouth, not in your hands!!!)! even knowing these kind of information, i am still having a dilemma on wat to get...! i juz don wan my gift to Jean like very cheapstake liddat...! den i oso haf to work wif my budget sia...! no $$$ liao...! poor ger already....! so M&Ms came to my mind...! went to Focus Network (The Coco Trees) & check on M&Ms...! saw dis cute M&Ms thingy...wanted to get it for her...! den Uncle Mouse told me there is somewhere that is better...! somewhere near Suntec City...! Millenia Walk...! Initially, i thought was Sins chocolate! coz that's the only chocolate shop i know in Millenia Walk! & to my surprise, it's a new shop at Millenia! selling all kinds of chocolates! wat makes me really fly over the moon was, all the mint chocolates i see there! hahaha... *Meitong if you are reading dis, u shld noe where to go liao! LoLx...* oops...i kinda forget to tell u wat's the name of the shop! it's called Candy Empire! hahaha...it is really an Empire of Candies! hahha...the whole shop is all candies & tidbits! it is really a JUNK FOOD JUNKIE dream come true! someone like ME! LoLx... the place was really very fun...coz u get to c all kinds of candy dere! & some brand are not even heard in Singapore..! i really had a hard time selecting...! coz i wanted to get something for Jean, ended up im looking at the chocolates solely for myself! haha...im such a bad person...! may i rot in hell...! so people i STRONGLY recommended dis store if u are looking for HARDCORE tidbits to last u a lifetime! went out with Keng Siang to look for jobs...! hahaha...kinda weird! coz we were going from hotels to hotels looking for vacancies available...! hmm...guess the only post that we can take up are only waiter/waitress...! actually we haven't been to many hotels...! juz a few ard Bugis & Suntec area! i tink i am able to name the hotels that we went...! dere's Allision Hotel (near St. Joseph Church), Carlton Hotel, Ritz Carlton...! Keng Siang wanted to go for more job-finding...! but when we finally got out of Ritz Carlton...it was raining cats & dogs! super man...! den we both ended up window shopping ard in Marina Square & Suntec City...! hahha...wat's worse was that, we even went into Levi's to ask whether they have any vacancies available! LoLx...kinda sad sia...! haiz...think im getting all kinds of bad luck! been getting scolded & nagged at by my father! kena scolded for using the net too much...! the breakneck rise of telephone bill states it all...! haiz..coz im using dial-up...coz everything all charge it to my hse phone bill...! den my father was like...stop with all the dating online nonsense...! i was like wat the hell...! im juz chatting wif my schoolmates...& he's saying i doing dating online...! wat the hell...really shitty hell lor...! i did nothing & he said that kind of words to me... he even said that i doing work meh?! act so hardworking for wat...! if im so hardworking, i will be in university now...! i was piss...& kinda sad...! coz he added that i don haf brains...! & still emphasizing on that if i've got brains, i wouldn't be in ITE! haiz...guess that i suck as being a human...! coz even my own father said that im a brainless git...! damn...am i really that useless in his eyes?! it makes me comes up with alot of qns...

yesterdae was April's Fool! been looking ard where does it orginiate! well i manage to find out wat are the traditon but the fact that how different people from different places play tricks on other people..! how April's Fool came about was from this old rhyme from Poor Robin's Alamanack in 1760...!!
The first of April, some do say, Is set apart for All Fool's Day. But why the people call it so Nor I nor they themselves do know. But on this day are people sent On purpose for pure merriment. some believe that the tradition dates all the way back to the founding of Rome, where the population are mostly male..! well im not sure Romans & Greeks are the same kinda pple..! but all i noe that pple of Greece believe in God Zeus...! but since Rome are mostly male, so they wld want to look for wives...! so the Romans invited the Sabines to the city ostensibly for games in honor of the god Neptune. so u can guess when the Sabines arrived, they found that they were tricked, finding armed warriors waiting to snatch their daughters. it was believed that the event took place at the beginning of April...! & so the Romans took this practice of deceitful tricks with them to other parts of the world...! muz be the saying: when you're in Rome, do what the Romans do...! except that we are not in Rome!!! so practical jokes on this dae are allowed & encouraged by the fact!! but haf to play ur tricks before noon, or you'll b a victim of ypur own joke, according to tradition...!! another memorable event happened on the 1st of April...! wondering anyone remembered...! well that is the death of Leslie Cheung...! the superstar of Hong Kong...! he jumped to his death from donnoe where...! hmm...i don remember how many death anniversary past, but i clearly remembered it was on the 1st of April! hahaha...he kinda chose quite a dae to die! i've watched some of his show..! still ok i guess....! dere's alwaes a repeat of his show or wat on TV, so nvr missed out much! LoLx... but to me, 1st of April 2006 is a sad day, month for me! coz i juz received my pay slip & pay check! sob! i got a freaking 130bucks!! haiz...how am i gonna live for the month of April??! i still haf to pay my fone bill!! wat am i gonna live on aft i've paid my bill?!! cursed life i've got...! trying to seek solace by going online, playing Yahoo! pool! tink im getting "sucky-er" the more i play! people is getting better by the minute...while for me, im getting worse everytime i play! i was wondering whether it's my mood that affect my "performance" in playing or wat! well, watever it is....i noe that i getting worse everytime i play! well can anyone tell me wassup wif me?! *sobz sobz* Today is 2nd April...! the Final of Campus Superstar! i have been telling Chris, my colleague, that either Teresa or Chee Yong(Zhiyang) will win the competition! hahaha...coz so far i've seen, they are the best 2 of the 4 contestants...! Teresa has a soothing & sweet voice, while Zhiyang is the so-called "qing ge" prince! hahaha...he can carry his vocals very well! Zhiyang & Teresa has the same soothing voice, that really makes the listeners feel & sway with their voice! they've got such clarity in their voice that they can really become professional singers! hahaha...but watever it is...Renfred, Geraldine, Teresa & Zhiyang are all winners!! coz they haf made it dis far to the competition! wat really makes it sad that, Adriano was out at the last part! he really makes a gd performer! whenever he performed, he makes me wonder wat kind of performance is he gonna bring! hahaha...maybe i start to notice him since he's comeback, when he was booted out of the competition! i used to tink that Adriano & that Yi Wei are the same person...! coz they kinda look alot alike...! it's their specs lar..! kinda alwaes mixed up Adriano with being a Raffles Institution(RI) boy! while Yi Wei being a Temask Sec guy! hahaha...it was when Yi Wei was booted out, leaving Adriano in the competition that i realize that Adriano is from Temask Sec! LoLx...! muz b the acne on Yi Wei face that makes me think that he's not from RI! oops...! hahaha...but the mixed up has been cleared up...! juz hope that any supporter of Yi Wei will not scream at me for saying abt his face! sorry..! LoLx.. back to wat i was saying, i haf to congrat Zhiyang for winning Campus Superstar! he has made his sch(Hwa Chong) proud! hahaha....actually, all the contestants haf made their school proud for being in the competition! but it was kinda funny to see Mr. Joshua Ang of CHIJ Katong Convent, for making such a funny speech! although i can't really hear anything, but the gers behind him were sniffling their laughter! LoLx...but i really have to take my hats off for that Malay co-form teacher for speaking such fluent Mandarin...! muz getting help from the China chinese teacher, Ms. Chang Fang! hahaha...but overall, Teresa has made KC proud...! hahaha...! eehh...all of the sudden feel like singing the school song! LoLx...mayb nxt time..! i really don wanna bore any1! LoLx.. speaking of schools...! i really haf to get dis off my chest! dere is a misconception that Meitong & I are from the same sch! juz coz we know each other like so long...! hahaha...the ans is that, we are not from the same secondary school, although we know each other since Sec 1! that's because we are from the same tution center! CDAC! so get it now people!!
